Vertical type female threaded Check Valve

Coupling valves are related to shut-off pipe fittings. These products are made of high-quality stainless steel and are used in pipelines for various purposes with mildly aggressive, neutral, abrasive and other media. 

The coupling valve is a non–return spring valve that serves to allow the working medium to flow in only one direction and prevent its return. Such actions may be required in a variety of situations, ranging from pressure drop in the system to pipeline rupture, pump malfunction, and other cases. 

The stainless steel check valve operates in both vertical and horizontal positions. The type of connection to the pipeline is coupling. The main requirement is to install the valve in the direction of movement of the medium. 

Scope of application of coupling valves

Coupling valves are most often used in contact with cold water and steam, as well as with food liquids and aggressive media. This is possible due to the use of stainless steel grades AISI 304 and AISI 316. 

The device retains its functionality at temperatures from -10 to +250 degrees Celsius. The high corrosion resistance of the material guarantees a long service life, and the coupling (threaded) connection ensures durability and ease of installation.

 The valve can operate at a pressure of up to 32 atmospheres. You can buy a coupling valve in sizes from 1/2" to 2".
