Wafer Type Tripple Eccentric Butterfly Valve

The plant has mastered the production of butterfly valves with triple eccentricity DN 50 - DN 1600 PN 10, PN 16, PN 25. 

The range of triple eccentricity valves includes: 

- 3-eccentric flanged disc valves;

- 3-eccentric flanged disc valves;

- 3-eccentric disc valves for welding (welded).

ADVANTAGES OF TRIPLE-ECCENTRICITY VALVES

1. High maintainability of triple-eccentric valves, which is ensured by metal-to-metal sealing and the use of metallographic cartridges that ensure 100% tightness of the valve at temperatures up to +425 °C. If the seal fails, the cartridge can be replaced directly on the disc without disassembling the shutter.; 

2. On request, a polymer coating or a coating made of an EPDM rubber compound can be applied to the body and discs of the triple-eccentricity shutter. Valves with these coatings can be used in aggressive working environments.; 

3. The sealing ring is being re-processed on the gate itself; 

4. The triple-eccentricity shutter body is coated with an anti-corrosion primer; 

5. Metal with a thickness of at least 8 mm is welded onto the gate seat, which significantly extends the service life of the product; 

6. The steel elements of the 3 eccentric valves are heat treated; 

7. Triple eccentric valves manufactured by our factory are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of commissioning, but not more than 24 months from the date of delivery.
